Our Team

Bill Rathwell, FOUNDER

Bill has been an instrumental part of Triangle for over 30 years, serving as the Office Manager responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations and continued success of the company. Bill’s grandfather was one of the founders who started Triangle Pump Service in 1953 and since then he has followed in his family’s footsteps. Bill has always ensured that Triangle stays up to date and relevant in the environmental industry, with Triangle Drilling being the next step in the company’s growth that he is very excited for.

Fun fact about Bill, he was also a very successful hockey player growing up, getting the opportunity to receive a great education while playing Division 1 hockey at The Ohio State University.

Ted Wichers, FOUNDER

Ted has been involved with Triangle for over 35 years. Brother in law to Bill, he is another very important person to the company, serving as the Construction Manager and Head Estimator. He has an extensive background in all things construction. He began working as a carpenter, building many houses and buildings across the city with his Fathers company. After he married into the family he began learning the trade and worked his way up within Triangle. Always eager for growth, the expansion of Triangle Drilling Service is something he is very passionate about and believes that it will be a very useful addition to Triangles long line of history in the environmental industry.

When Ted isn’t working he loves all things to do with the outdoors including fishing, snowmobiling and much more, as well as he is a very passionate hockey fan with two sons who both grew up playing the game.

Mike Turgeon, FOUNDER & HEAD DRILLING TECHNICIAN

With years of experience as a Head Drilling Technician, he is one of the most experienced and knowlegeable drillers in the city. He has over 20 years of knowledge tackling a wide range of jobs in both the environmental and geotechnical aspects of drilling and is excited to help with the growth of Triangle Drilling Service.

Mike is an avid fisherman and hunter, enjoying all things outdoors as well as spending time with his kids.
